Considered the best sports-entertainer in WWE history, Shawn Michaels ranks second with a 68.2% win rate thanks to his Sweet Chin Music finishing move.
Rounding out the top three is Stone Cold Steve Austin, who had a 55.8% win rate during his run in WWE’s Attitude Era.
When it comes to the best WWE returns in the last 20 years, former Raw and Smackdown Women’s Champion “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey had a 92.6% success rate in the ring since her return at the 2022 Royal Rumble this past January.
Former 16-time WWE Champion John Cena’s return during the 2008 Royal Rumble ranked second at 78.7%, while Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson saw a 52.9% success rate after returning to WrestleMania 27 in 2011, according to BonusFinder.
BonusFinder predicted Bayley, Rousey and Edge would make epic returns at SummerSlam.
Bayley made her shocking return at the conclusion of the Raw Women’s Championship match alongside Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky to confront champ Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch.
Rousey dominated in her match against Smackdown Women’s Champion Liv Morgan, but fell short of winning the title. Rousey was subsequently fined and suspended for a post-match assault on a referee.
Toronto’s Edge made a comeback to help Rey and Dominik Mysterio defeat Judgment Day (Finn Balor and Damien Priest) in a tag team match.
Though it was towards the end, Edge made a fiery return in a bid to help the Mysterios beat The Judgement Day whilst Bayley mades a comeback that shocked the crowd, bringing the likes of Dakota Kai and Io Shirai, forming a dynamic trio.
